Justin Panos has been in the union movement since he was 14 years old. He is a third generation union member as his Grandmother was in the International Machinist Union. He has been a shop steward and negotiating team member with CUPE local 3903 and led a 4-month strike in 2018. He has been an organizer in the nursing and logistics industry. In 2016 Justin participated in an organizing drive that saw 8000 nurses join a union in Philadelphia.
