Felix was elected to the position of Financial Secretary-Treasurer in October 2016.  Prior to that he was the Northeast Representative for the ATU International Latino Caucus. He has been a bus operator for Local 1056 for 34 years and is currently the FST for his local.  Felix also serves as a delegate on the NYS Legislative Conference and is a member of the NYC Central Labor Council.
