On behalf of the International Latino Caucus, We congratulate IVP Ray Rivera on his  well deserved   retirement. We thank him for all he has done for all the members throughout his career as an ATU leader. As President of the ATUILC, I want to thank brother Ray Rivera for all he has done for the Latino Caucus and his participation in our organization throughout the years.  I first met Ray Rivera in Orlando, Fl in 2007 when he assisted local 1596 in contract negotiations and we became very good friends. I would like to thank him for his mentorship. On behalf of all the members of ATUILC, we wish you a Happy Retirement!   God bless you and your family!  Si Se Puede!
