Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that anyone wanting to carry over a week's vacation must notify the union and management by Oct 1 2021.

All unscheduled vacations hours that are above the week allowed to carry over, need to be booked and used by years end. Our executive spoke to management this morning and they will be opening up spots to accommodate this.They will be opening 1 spot per week for the remainder of the year.  

All members that have full weeks will have a letter with remaining allotment hours put into mail slot as a reminder. We will be having a member of ATU calling those members to book vacation in one of the open spots. Spots will be called and signed per seniority.  

All opened spots will be on the board today and we will be calling next Tuesday by seniority to book remaining vacation hours for everyone.
