Local 128 was chartered November 1899!!

We are located in Asheville NC the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

We represent (ART) Asheville Redefines Transit  bus operators and Garage employees, currently we have 44 Bus operators and 8 garage employees giving our total number of membership holding steadily at 34 bothers and sisters.

ATU 128 is currently involved with RFP process and evaluation for a whole new way of management that is new to Asheville. As we seek accountability respect and high quality managment we hold strong in solidarity locally and with up most respect for each other.
