In spite of the requests by the Company to set new dates for collective bargaining, the Union has asked the Company to submit this LAST, BEST AND FINAL OFFER for renewal of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA). In the spirit of good faith bargaining the Company is ready, willing and able to return to the bargaining table, but acquiesces in the Union’s request.
