J. Fernando LeBron is a Switchman with the Chicago Transit Authority. He has been with ATU Local 308 since day one due to his mentors Hector Flores, Antonio Velez and Richie Souchet encouraging him to be active in the union. In 2006 he became an Executive Board Assistant at ATU 308 and is currently an Executive Board member. He has been part of his local Latino Caucus Chapter since 2004 and has been the Midwest Region Representative for the ATU International Latino Caucus since 2013. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with family, is active in his community, a leader in his church community and is an active member of the Bearded Villians Club.
